If you have the Managed Backup add-on, daily off-site snapshots are kept for 30 days.
Restoring
- Open the service and click the Backups tab.
- Pick a restore point by date.
- Choose a full restore (overwrites the server) or a file-level restore (download individual files).
Full restores are performed by our team to avoid accidental data loss — open a support ticket referencing the restore point and we'll schedule it, usually within a couple of hours.
