Account credit and top-ups

Add prepaid credit to your account and have future invoices settled from your balance.

Updated 22 July 2026

Your account can hold prepaid credit. Credit is handy for settling invoices automatically and avoiding payment reminders.

Adding credit

  1. Go to Billing → Add funds.
  2. Pick a preset amount or enter your own (within the shown minimum and maximum).
  3. Continue to payment. A top-up raises a proforma for the amount, settled by bank transfer.

Your balance is credited once our team confirms the payment — you'll then see a matching final invoice, and the credit appears in your funds history.

Using your credit

When a new invoice is issued and your balance covers it, it can be settled straight from your credit and marked paid — no separate payment needed. Every top-up, deduction and adjustment is recorded in the credit ledger with the running balance, so you can always see where your funds went.

Note: prepaid credit is out of VAT scope until it's applied to a future invoice — VAT is accounted for on the invoice the credit settles, not on the top-up itself.
